Trofifm is a solely Qatari-owned company, an Integrated Facility Management Provider with in-house expertise on comprehensive electromechanical and building engineering contracting and maintenance services for small to large scale projects Since its establishment in 2014 the company hasgrown significantly in response to demand and market requirements and has gained an excellent reputation, readily referenced through its prominent clients We understand that the success of large projects depends mainly on the quick response in mobilization of human engineering and material resources With our skillful workforce and available resources we have the ability to act without delay Our management and other members of our team ensure prompt mobilization of personnel shop drawings and material submittals which are the essential ingredients for a quick site startup, having the ability to execute projects in both areas , where the design has been provided and for turnkey solutions has technical and operational capabilities in core system such as electrical and mechanical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, drainage, sewage and sewerage, fiber optics, IT, telecoms and ELV, landscaping cleaning security and minor civil works Additionally has capabilities of outsourcing other basic functional services to cater for a fully comprehensive engagement in its sector. We manage our system Trofifm and policies in full compliance with the requirements of the current international standard of quality management system (ISO 9001)We train our staff to continually improve their skills and know-how Measurable standards of quality have been established and implemented in all departments in the organization. Our policy is reviewed annually and policy changes are communicated to all .

Through our own reserves and our partners in MENA Asia and Europe, we are able to quickly mobilize all the necessary technical and financial resources required for any size MEP project We invest heavily in the well-being of our staff management and systems as we believe this to be our main resource The level of competence of our personnel is continually improving through training and study groups Our success is based upon the competence and efficiency of our staff We aim for continuous personal development of our staff and management. All staff is given the proper training in health and safety issues such as working at high levels. Our human resource department is responsible for housing and transportation arrangements for all hired staff .

Trofifm follows the OSHAS ISO 18001 Companystandard which encompasses strict policies and procedures which help aid the reduction of health and safety risks to our workforce and other members of construction teams Our company policy requires that all the operations are executed to ensure the protectionhealth and safety of our employees We promote health safety and welfare matters by designating members of management to beresponsible for dealing with issues relevant to policy and arrangements at the work place Adequate arrangements for regular check ups consultations and reporting are made Health and safety measures are alsoimplemented to protect our client The client is assured that the work on site is executed with caution and safety in mind
